1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or opened products (due to hygiene and safety concerns).
- Items returned beyond the 7-day window.
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.

4. NonRefunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.

- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
